West Point Grey estates, served from Kerrisdale

West Point Grey runs along the north-west edge of the city, from Jericho and Spanish Banks up toward the UBC endowment lands. The closest Onyx office is in Kerrisdale, Suite 201 at 5455 West Boulevard, a straight drive south-east — usually ten to fifteen minutes. We meet West Point Grey clients there.

Probate for the neighbourhood is handled at the Vancouver Law Courts, 800 Smithe Street, the BC Supreme Court registry for Vancouver. The Wills, Estates and Succession Act sets a step people often miss: before applying for probate, an executor has to give written notice to the spouse, the children, and anyone named in the will, then wait 21 days before submitting the application. We handle that notice process, prepare the grant, and act on wills variation or executor disputes when they surface.
